SABS Sabbath Seder Book 11.00

Several decades ago non-Jews once again began to discover the richness of what G-d gave to the Jews. The Sabbath not

only abounds in teaching on the Messiah's coming and the peace that will reign at that time, but also is a foundation for

the family in G-dly ethics. As beneficial as the Sabbath is for all who believe, it has been incredibly hard for many non-Jews

to move into a meaningful observance of it. Research in Jewish texts and commentaries give insight and description, but

usually the contemporary G-dfearer has questions that far out-number the answers. Many would-be observers of the

Sabbath become discouraged before they learn enough for the celebration to come together.

Steve Salter, the builder of the Hatikva Ministries Temple Model, attacked this problem for the sake of his own family.

Over the years, Steve and his wife learned the Sabbath home service and organized it into an easy to use home Siddur. They

have done a masterful job and provide a true service to the faith. This book supplies all the novice requires to perform an

effective home service through all three meals and four ceremonies. Each blessing is presented in English and Hebrew.

Most of the Hebrew is transliterated. Step by step instructions guide the participant through the complete text of the

home liturgy. Throughout The Sabbath Seder, notes explain the meanings of the ceremonies and how they relate to the

Messiah. Hatikva Ministries is pleased and privileged to offer this resource to you. See order form for special group buys!

The original 75-page book has been expanded to 137 pages. There are more commentary and instructions as well as

additional shabbat songs, challah recipes and even instructions for braiding the challah dough.

A new and concise look at the New Testament from a hebraic perspective.

The Epistle to the Galatians, written by Steve Salter, author of The Sabbath Seder, starts by laying the foundation that will

allow one to enter into this type of study and concludes with how the Church moved away from its Jewish heritage.

Who were Hillel and Shammai?

Were Yeshua and Sha'ul (Paul) against one keeping the commandments?

Who were the G-dfearers and what was expected of them?

Did Sha'ul (Paul) depart form Judaism to start Christianity?

Who are the children of Sarah and the children of Hagar?

AKD The Akeida 11.00

The Torah reading for the 2nd day of Rosh HaShanah is the 24th chapter of Bereshit (Genesis). This passage, known as

the Akeida, is considered to be one of the most important readings of the entire year. The title Akeida means "to bind the

sacrifice" and is in reference to Isaac being bound to the altar on Mt. Moriah by his father, Abraham. The story is ripe

with messages that speak of Messiah and redemption, the establishment of the Holy Temple on this very spot, and of a

heart to serve G-d without question. This is the second part of a trilogy of tape sets on the High Holy Days of Rosh

HaShanah and Yom Kippur.

CP1 Chanukah and Purim 33.00

Victory, not through numbers, but through faith. How many times in Old Testament history did victory come through the

grace of G-d and not the abilities of man? In the 2nd Century B.C.E. the Greeks, under Antiochus IV, descrated the

Temple and forbade worship as G-d had commanded. In fact, following G-d's statutes in general was cause for persecturion.

Antiochus IV is a prime exampmle of the False Messiah. The study of him leads from Zeus Kurios to the Shroud of

Turin. A family of rural priests stood up to the Greeks and lead a rebellion which resulted in the rededication - chanukah -

of the Temple. In the future there will be another dedication at Chanukah, this time by the real Messiah. The eventual

victory of Chanukah began with one man who valued G-d's Torah (instruction) and was willing to lay down his own life

rather than transgress that instruction. G-d responded and a great miracle happened. Similarly, when annihilation of all

the Jews was about to happen, Esther called for a fast, prepared herself, and daringly presented herself before the king of

Persia. One person put her faith into action, and again, G-d responded and a great miracle happened. Out of seeming

defeat came resurrection and restoration. Listen, learn , and be inspired to act.

DL1 Dietary Laws 41.00

The study of the purity laws led into the study of the dietary laws. First to be established is which foods are unclean and

what makes them unclean. Also discussed are food preparation and how to make your own kitchen kosher. Listen to the

arguments presented, and judge for yourself whether G-d’s instructions for eating are as appropriate today as they were two

thousand years ago.

EPO The Egyptian Passover 33.00

This is an intense study of the original Passover in Egypt. This series examines Exodus 1-20 exploring the details of

Moses, Pharaoh, and the Children of Israel in Egypt. The plagues and their meanings are discussed as well as the journeys
